Aoraki use Freshwater King Salmon from the glacial waters that flow from Aoraki, Mt Cook. Smoked using a Scottish inspired recipe using a blend of salt, golden syrup, black rum and oak wood smoke. The combination of these ingredients enhance the clean, subtle taste of the salmon. These cold-smoked salmon slices are a perfect topping for canapés, bagels and more.
